About Me
Alison Festa | MA LPC
Throughout my life, I have always been drawn toward the world of mental health and the power of relationships in healing. Growing up in the Green Mountains of Vermont I cultivated a relationship with nature and the healing power of wilderness and adventure. I developed values around empathy, awareness, authenticity, curiosity, and connection. Since receiving my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021, I have had the opportunity to grow my experience and passion for working with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, cancer care as well as mental health & outdoor adventure. I work with adolescents and adults and see clients seeking individual, couples and group counseling.
